Ronnie Recycler gets published just in time for International Children’s Book Day

We are very proud to announce that all things associated with Recycling, our very own mascot, Ronnie Recycler has just been published.  It's International Children's Book Day and to celebrate it we've partnered up with Qualibooks, a small publisher who shares our vision of making recycling a good habit from young.  In the Miss Sibiya’s clever kids’ series, Ronnie Recycler partners with Miss Sibiya and her class to show them how recycling keeps the Earth clean and healthy. The children learn about the three R’s of recycling and how to create an exciting toy from the waste materials that cannot be recycled.

Who better than Ronnie to join them on their journey to becoming Recycling Heroes. If your child and your child’s school share the same passion to recycle – why not join the Mpact Recycling Revolution in 2022? We’re always on the hunt for new schools to sign up onto the Ronnie Recycler programme across Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape. For more information click HERE

“We’ve impacted the lives of over 500,000 children since the inception of the Ronnie Recycler schools recycling programme,” indicates Donna-Mari Noble, Communications manager, Mpact Recycling. This is truly an extension of that plan and our way of sharing the message further.

“Children’s memories are shaped by the stories and pictures they see in the books they read, so this is a brilliant way to teach them about recycling,” says Christopher de Beer, director, Qualibooks. To get a copy of the book "Recycling Heroes" visit the website:
